We work very close with the (RD) Registered Dietitian of your facility to make sure that every details of your patient needs in terms of nutrition and diet is met.

We specialize in Hospital & Institution catering—preparing every dish according to specifics of the patient needs.

Just some of the examples:

  • NOT to use: potatoes, tomatoes, broccoli, spinach, peas, corn, yam, sweet potatoes.
  • SURELY use vegetables: such as green beans, string beans, carrots, all kind of bell peppers, cauliflower.
  • SURELY use starch: such as pearl barley, brown rice, basmati rice, pasta and of course very LOW sodium to flavor it all.
  • USE of herbs: such as garlic, dill, oregano, basil, tarragon, parsley, mints but as always not too spicy. Please keep in mind that most of the meals can be purred for your specific client needs.
